Sykesville Shiver Shuffle 2026

Come out and 'Kill the Hill' as you enjoy a mid-day 5k through Downtown Sykesville! Registered runners will receive a $5 coupon to use at any of the participating stores, pubs, or restaurants on Main St.

SAVE THE DATE February 15, 2026 11:30 AM for the 14th Annual Sykesville Shiver Shuffle 5K . Race will start and finish in Downtown Sykesville.  Make this race a part of your New Year's goal to be active!

This year we have partnered with the Merchants on Main Street and each registered runner will receive a $5 coupon that can be used at any participating store, pub, or restaurant. 
All registrations are final; no refunds due to weather or non-participation.

• Cash Awards to the Top 3 Overall (Male and Female)
• Each finisher will receive a  Finisher Medal

• Raffle drawings will be randomly selected and you can claim your prize at the end of your run

•  As with all the ERR events we also have an outside charity benefit from this race. This year a portion of proceeds will go to the St Paul's UMC Food Pantry - serving Sykesville through a partnership with Westminster Rescue Mission, South Carroll Rotary Club and Impact Church

REGISRATION: Online Registration ends February 12th at 4PM. You can sign up at the Saturday Packet Pickup on February 14th. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION!
LAST day to register to get a shirt premium is Janurary 26th!

Packet Pick-up at St Pauls UMC -use red doors off the parking lot behind French Twist on Saturday, Feb. 14th, from 12-3  PM or also Race Day from 10 - 11:15 AM.   Race starts promptly at 11:30 AM

Parking is limited in the  lots around town; however, parking is also available at Sykesville Middle School (about 1/2 mile away).
